1. 7-Day Return Window
Just like the major marketplaces, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and unused.

With all original tags and “Anti-Tarnish” certificates.

In the original INDYLUV packaging/box.

Accompanied by the proof of purchase or invoice.

Note on Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, earrings are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Easy Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Request: Log in to your account or email us at support@ndyluv.com with your Order ID.

Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (Noida, Delhi/NCR, or Pan-India).

Inspection: Once we receive the item at our Sector-27, Noida facility, we will inspect it within 24 hours.

Approval: If the item is in original condition, your refund is instantly approved.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement at zero cost to you.

5. Refunds (Amazon Style)
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI) within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your bank details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount directly to your account.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
