2. Can I wear the jewellery in the shower or at the gym? Yes! Our pieces are designed for the modern, active woman. You can shower, swim, and workout while wearing your INDYLUV jewellery without worrying about it losing its golden glow.

3. Is the jewellery safe for sensitive skin? Absolutely. All our pieces are 100% Hypoallergenic, Lead-free, and Nickel-free. They are specifically crafted to be gentle on the skin and will not cause rashes or turn your skin green.

4. Where is my order shipped from? All orders are quality-checked and dispatched from our corporate office in Sector-27, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Delhi/NCR: 1–2 business days.

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is shipped.

6. Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

Returns & Cancellations

7. What is your return policy? We want you to love your sparkle! If you aren’t satisfied, we offer a 7-day easy return/exchange policy. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. (Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings may be subject to different rules).

8. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 2-4 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our Noida facility.

10. How do I clean my jewellery? Simply use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe away any dust or skin oils after wearing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners.
