Cancellation Policy

At Indyluv Tranish Mart Private Limited, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Timeframe: You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, or at any time before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • How to Cancel: * Log in to your account on https://amzocore.store and select “Cancel Order” in the My Orders section.

    • Alternatively, email us at support@amzocore.store or WhatsApp us at +91 9540281737 with your Order ID.

  • Refund: For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • In-Transit Orders: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refusal at Delivery: If you no longer want the product, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery.

  • Shipping Charges: In cases of “Refusal at Delivery” for reasons other than a damaged package, Indyluv Tranish Mart reserves the right to deduct the two-way shipping charges (forward and return) from your refund.

3. Cancellation by Indyluv Tranish Mart

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Stock Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or fails our quality check before dispatch.

  • Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a technical glitch causing an incorrect price listing.

  • Fraud Prevention: If our payment security system flags the transaction as fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • Incomplete Address: If the shipping address provided is incomplete or unserviceable by our courier partners.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email/SMS, and a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Special Categories (Non-Cancellable)

Cancellations are not accepted for:

  • Customized/Personalized Items: Products made specifically to your requirements.

  • Flash Sale Items: Orders placed during specific high-discount limited-time events (where stated on the product page).

5. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • UPI/Wallet: 24–48 hours.

  • Net Banking/Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time).
